Getting around from Belair

Ten minutes on foot to Boulevard Royal, twelve to the tram

Walking times from the front door: Boulevard Royal (financial district) — 10 minutes through Parc Municipal. Place de l’Étoile (tram for Kirchberg and Findel airport) — 12 minutes. Hamilius (city centre) — 12 minutes. Findel airport is roughly 20 minutes by car.

The neighborhood

Living in Belair: parks, restaurants and daily essentials

Belair is mostly residential — a five-minute walk takes you to Oberweis bakery, a handful of family restaurants and the entrance to Parc de Merl. Most of our long-stay guests do their weekly shop at the Cactus on avenue du Dix Septembre and run in the park before work.

How far are you from the city centre?

All 3 residences are centrally located and it is a short walk to city centre from each residence:

 

Belair to city center by walking: 900 m, 12 min walk

Parc de Merl to city center by walking: 1400 m, 18 min walk

Limpertsberg to city center by walking: 1100 m, 15 min walk

Can I bring my pet?

You can bring your pet if you inform our reception before hand and an additional cost of 12 Euro/day.

Is parking available?

Private Parking is available on all the 3 residences and parking has to be requested before hand.

Parking can also be made on the street and is payable between 8-18. Payment can be done through the app:

You will need to add your plates from your car and add a credit card. Only a credit card will work.

How do I get to the airport?

All transportation is Luxembourg is free and the easiest way to get to the airport is by taking the tram that goes directly.

I spent three weeks at Key Inn and felt very much at home. The apartments are spacious with separate living and sleeping areas. The facilities are excellent with coffee machine, plasma tv, dishwasher, fridge and induction hob all available in the apartment.
