Each apartment has a full kitchen, a workspace and bathroom. Weekly housekeeping, linens and maintenance are included; the team handles them on the morning of your choice.
Walking times from the front door: Boulevard Royal (financial district) — 10 minutes through Parc Municipal. Place de l’Étoile (tram for Kirchberg and Findel airport) — 12 minutes. Hamilius (city centre) — 12 minutes. Findel airport is roughly 20 minutes by car.
For embassies and multinational employers we issue a single monthly invoice (VAT-compliant in Luxembourg), handle weekly housekeeping and linens, and assign one point of contact per account. Lease terms run from one month upwards.
Belair is mostly residential — a five-minute walk takes you to Oberweis bakery, a handful of family restaurants and the entrance to Parc de Merl. Most of our long-stay guests do their weekly shop at the Cactus on avenue du Dix Septembre and run in the park before work.

All 3 residences are centrally located and it is a short walk to city centre from each residence:
Belair to city center by walking: 900 m, 12 min walk

Limpertsberg to city center by walking: 1100 m, 15 min walk
Can I bring my pet?
You can bring your pet if you inform our reception before hand and an additional cost of 12 Euro/day.
Is parking available?
Private Parking is available on all the 3 residences and parking has to be requested before hand.
Parking can also be made on the street and is payable between 8-18. Payment can be done through the app:

How do I get to the airport?
All transportation is Luxembourg is free and the easiest way to get to the airport is by taking the tram that goes directly.
There is an app that will instruct which transportation will be the fastest and its free to use.

I recently travelled to LUX for 9 days for a business trip. The location was great, close to the supermarket and restaurants, and it is just a 10 to 15 min walk to the city center where bus station is handy. Walking through the park every day is fantastic!

Limpertsberg is closer to Kirchberg and is ideal for singles and couples traveling for work. Parc de Merl is the best option for families looking for access to a park and proximity to the International School.
Five minutes to the Glacis tram, ten to Kirchberg, walkable to Parc Tony Neuman. Limpertsberg works best for couples and singles on corporate assignments who want to be one stop from the financial center.
Opposite Parc de Merl, ten minutes on foot to the International School (ISL). Larger apartments (45–70 m²) and reserved parking. The right choice when the family is moving with you.
